For sale is a beautiful vintage Elgin American Beauty musical compact, likely dating back to the 1940s. This exquisite piece features a genuine Reuge wind-up music box that plays “Let Me Call You Sweetheart” with a lovely, clear sound. This compact is in superb original condition.
