Very nice mint 1997 Case Tang Collection 6254 SSM Trapper Knife. This knife has Sugar Rogers Jigged Bone handles. The Case item number is CA02250. The Case pattern number is 6254 SSM. The knife was produced by Case in 1997. The tang is stamped with 3 dots. This knife is from the TANG. THE MAIN BLADE IS ETCHED: Case Tested XX 1920-40. THE 2ND BLADE IS ETCHED: TANG STAMP COLLECTION, ONE OF 1000. The handle is inlaid with a Gold shield. The knife is 4 1/8 long when closed. The handles are genuine jigged sugar Roger’s bone. It also has a nickel silver bolsters and brass liners. The knife comes in a factory Case box with factory papers. If you are a Case collector this is a nice rare knife. Made in the USA.
