The box is 3 inches tall by 2 ¼ inches wide by 1 1/8 inches deep and weighs a substantial 126 grams. It has a flip-top lid, hinged on the left side as shown. It has an engraved Chinese character on one side and a western H. W monogram on the other. It is marked [STERLING] with what looks like F. I have been told that the FC mark is for Chinese retailer Fu Xing. Condition on the piece is good. There are just a couple of small shallow dings. A good piece of Chinese silver.
