Made in Weimar Era Germany, this ornate bronze metal case once held a small pocket-size note pad. The case hinges open and the top swivels. The antique bronze case has two slots along the opening side to secure a pen or pencil. Stash some note paper or index cards in the decorative case and display it on your home office desk. The antique bronze case is in good condition showing wear consistent with its age and use including typical patina to the metal. The metal case is stamped “Germany” on the back. 6″ x 4″ x 1/4.

Rings are all sized using a solid metal steel cone ring sizer. KEEP IN MIND: if the sides/height of a ring come up above the base area of your finger on any ring, you may need to go up a half to full size in order for it to fit your finger and not be too tight. Fingers tend to get puffier above the base. Also rings will fit more snugly in summer and loose in winter due to water retention. Lastly all sizing is approximate based on my devices used…… If you keep this in mind you wont be disappointed. All vintage items are in many cases 20 to well over 80 years old. They have been loved, worn, used and will in many cases, show signs of wear and usage. This is considered normal and it’s what makes vintage so special! Thats what gives vintage character. I also will not sell things that are broken/unusable, have a strong odor or are in rough shape. Jewelry, clothing, hats, ephemera and many objects can show patina and/or wear, and often do. I sometimes use words like good/great working condition, great item, beautiful, lovely, stunning, etc. This is my opinion. I have worked around objects and ephemera for many years and I love dime store items from years gone by as much as fine art objects. It is my hope that you appreciate the time I take to find things to add to my shop.
